Bookings
In due course, we will accept bookings through Stayz and through a local real estate agent.

Of course, we'd ask you to consider our beautiful property numberfive too! Just click on the link and navigate to the bookings page from where you can access its availability.
We are accepting bookings for 109 Queen Mary Street from Friday 17th December 2010.
Charges
Both our properties are offered at the same base rental fee, although additional fees may apply at 109 Queen Mary Street for larger groups. We consider that the charges for 109 Queen Mary this year represent outstanding value for a property of this size. We are offering such reasonable rates in recognition of the fact that the property is to some degree a 'work in progress' and not yet finished to a 'numberfive standard'.
17th December to Jan 31st - Peak Season
$2,900 per week ($416 per day minimum stay is 4 days)
Feb 1st to Easter - Mid Season
$1,800 per week ($261 per night minimum stay by negotiation
Easter to August 31st - Low season
$1,100 per week ($315 per weekend, $160 per night, no minimum stay)
All stays attract an additional $120 charge for cleaning
A refundable bond is required for all bookings, see below
Prices above are for a maximum of eight adults. For groups with more than eight adults an additional fee of 12.5% per adult will be due. Please refer to the Overview page for full details of the accommodation options
Payments
When you book we will pass on our bank account details to you at the time. In general, we require a non-refundable deposit with the balance paid at least 14 days before your stay. For bookings made within 14 days of the planned arrival date, we usually require full payment up front. In all cases, we also require a $500 cash bond to be deposited, which (all being well!) will be fully refunded to you within a few days of the end of your stay.
Smoking Policy
Your booking is made on the understanding that smoking is not permitted inside the house at any time, and that we reserve the right to deduct from your bond any additional cleaning fees we incur removing butts from the property or otherwise cleaning up after smokers. Please don't smoke in our house - if you like to smoke you're permitted to do so in the garden but as far as possible we wish to offer a smoke free environment. Please feel free to stay somewhere else if this policy upsets you or inconveniences you in any material way.
